From Force to Leverage: Why I’m Tearing Down Half My Business to Build Something Better
I’ve been silently struggling for a year.
If you’ve looked at my social media or my website in 2025, you probably saw business as usual. But if I’m being honest, I spent most of the last year debating if I should walk away from the travel industry entirely.
I have always loved travel. I love helping folks make amazing memories. But I was terrified of the lifestyle cost.
For months, I found myself praying, strategizing, and debating one specific question: Can I actually serve clients at a high level without sacrificing the very freedom I built my business to create?
Is it possible to help folks travel without constant interruptions on nights, weekends, and holidays? For a long time, the answer felt like "No." I couldn't see a way forward.
But in that pause, in that season of questioning; I realized something else.
The Friction Wasn't Just in Travel
As I looked at my life, I realized the misalignment wasn't just in my travel agency. It was in my primary business operations services, too.
I looked at my daily work and realized my heart wasn't in the implementation work anymore. I was spending my days "doing"; building automations, clicking buttons, fixing backend tech. But my passion wasn't in the building; it was in the outcomes that work created for others.
I realized I was trying to be the "muscle" for everyone else, and it was draining the energy I needed to be the "visionary" for my own life.
So, I’ve made a decision to tear down half of what I've spent the last three years building.
The 2026 Pivot: Operations Advisory
In 2026, I am making a massive shift in my operations business. I am stepping out of the role of "Implementer" and fully into the role of "Advisor."
I will now focus that side of my business exclusively on:
- My ClickUp Business Center
- Strategic Planning
- Strategic Business & Technology Audits
What does this mean for you? It means I will help you craft the plan. I will audit your systems to find the leaks. And I will Project Manage the build to ensure it gets done perfectly. But I will no longer be your hands-on builder.
I am trading "Manual Effort" for "High-Level Strategy."
The Answered Prayer: The Travel Solution
Once I made the decision to fix my business alignment in operations, the answer for my travel struggle arrived. It was as if the Universe was waiting for me to make space, I simply hadn't let "The Universe Cook".
